Q1. Who are you and how are you into what you do ?
Well I am a human with the right amount of humanity and empathy . I am aspirational. Some aspirations have been met , some still needs to be worked upon.
I am a Child Development and Parenting Coach and a Career Consultant too. All this happened very organically to me. As I was bringing up children (one boy, one girl), I learnt about Parenting through the ropes. I made mistakes , worked upon them, corrected them and started again. While they were in their teens (the most crucial years in a child’s life). I trained myself in Life Coaching of which Relationship and Parenting was a major part. I applied those lessons in my journey of Parenting and I saw amazing results.
It is then that I thought of sharing my knowledge and experience with other parents who were probably facing similar challenges in their Parenting journey.
And thus I became a Parenting Coach.
Q2. Tell us about your journey.
After I decided to become a Parenting Coach, I helped about 1000 parents to become Zero Conflict Moms and Pops. It has been extremely satisfying and rewarding to see the parents whom I have helped raising empathetic, responsible and happy kids.

To help every single parent to become a Zero Conflict Mom/ Pop.
Q4. How did you get introduced to this field?
I got introduced to this field through my own experience as a parent. I trained as an Innermost Shift Parenting Coach and Consultant from Alpha Stars Academy of Excellence.

Q5. Difficulties that you faced while fulfilling your dreams?
Initially, parents were extremely reluctant to acknowledge that Parenting is a skill the nuances of which need to be learnt and honed. As it is a relatively new concept in India, people thought that Parenting is also a natural process like giving birth.
It took me a lot of time to educate and enlighten them to the fact that birthing and becoming parents is entirely different from the process and journey of parenting.

I would have actually continued with my training and teaching profession.
Q9. Any tips for people struggling to arrive at a position in their current fields?
Being consistent and learning from your mistakes is the key. Often we give in after a few failed attempts. But as I always say; there’s no failure, only feedback. So work on those feedbacks and keep attempting, until you succeed. Being super resilient will help.
