Are marriages truly made in heaven?

Marriages are made on earth and if two people cherish that relationship then the bond makes you feel in paradise.

Tell us about your journey of love and how you ended up working together?

We were Co-Founders first and then we got married. Our first venture was in 2013 while we were in the same office and coming to Mompreneur Circle it was a pilot project which actually got started in 2016 post our marriage when we were seeing that how so many womenfolk in our family and friend circle had to give up their high paying jobs post-marriage or motherhood. The idea was to help these talented womenfolk with a platform where they can get all kinds of tools and resources for a successful career ahead along with instant solutions for the problems that can create obstacles in their career journey.

Why did you choose the profession you are currently in?

Both of us are from a Digital Marketing platform and we believed that if through our expertise we can bring a positive solution to a problem that though often foreshadowed can create a huge impact on the country’s economy and growth.

How does it feel as coworkers? Any pros & cons…

It feels awesome as both of us understand each other’s problems and face it together. Our work timings are the same which makes things easy. Coming to cons there is no difference between personal and professional life as everything is mingled up 🙂

Would you recommend co-working to other couples?

Yes of course, but only when they both share the same passion towards that particular work.

Difficulties you faced while fulfilling your dreams…

If you are an entrepreneur then every day is a challenge starting from tackling competition to finding the right resources and getting the work delivered on time is always a tedious thing. But the only motivation we drive is through inspiring books.

What is the favorite quote you both believe in…

“Khudi ko kar buland itna ke har taqder se pehle

Khuda bande se khud pooche bata teri raza kya hai.”

We strongly believe in this quote.

Winning message to other couples…

Latika & Saurav

Respect is very necessary for any relationship. Accept that everyone has individuality and their own dreams so always give space to your partner to cherish his/her talent or passion. Try spending quality time with each other even if it is just for 15 minutes in a day which is focused only on you both (This time should not be talking about work, relatives or anything just you)!
